ABOUT ME

Rachel Stansberry grew up in Detroit, MI with a passion towards art. By the end of high school, she knew it was time to find a place where she could be herself and let out her creativity. She is now a DePaul University graduate who studied film and television with a concentration in production design and a minor in graphic design. Her career so far has consisted of a variety of things. She has been a production designer (with heavy responsibilities in set dec and prop mastery) on approx. 10 student films and a masters thesis. Besides that, she has been a Wardrobe designer on 2 student films, 1 masters thesis, as well as an assistant on a short film. Outside of film, she is interested in art directing, graphic design, architecture, interior design, painting, photography and exhibit design. Recently, she had helped contribute exhibit design pitches to the Klairmont Kollections in Chicago. I'm sure I talked more about my career than myself, but I am proud of everything I do and hope my portfolio inspires you.
